Refund/Cancelation Policy
Requests for refunds for individual registrations will be honored if received by January 20, 2011. There will be an administrative fee of $175 for full conference registration cancellations and $95 for daily registration cancellations. Requests for refunds received after January 20, 2011 will be reviewed after the Annual Meeting on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be provided for group registration cancellations.

Substitution Policy
If you are unable to attend the meeting, a substitute from your organization may attend in your place. Substitution requests must be made in writing to the ASCPT registrar. To complete a substitution, please provide the following information for your replacement: first name, last name, title, email, phone number, an emergency contact name and number and any special needs.
