Pharmacometrics and Pharmacokinetics (PMK) Scientific Section

Pharmacometrics considers statistical and mathematical approaches to modeling drug, disease and trial information to aid drug development and regulatory decisions. Pharmacometrics involves the development and integration of pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic models and disease progression models to understand, quantify and predict a drug’s behavior and to rationalize data-driven decision making in drug development and therapeutics. Members are also involved in early Phase pharmacokinetic studies.
