The deadline to complete the online continuing education evaluation for CPE or CME credit was May 30, 2008. Refer to this version if you missed the meeting or would like to print an extra copy for your files. The Abstract Supplement, which lists all abstracts accepted as posters and oral sessions, was distributed at the Annual Meeting, mailed to members and subscribers with the March issue of CPT and is also available online.
