ASCPT 2008 Annual MeetingThe 2008 ASCPT Annual Meeting Continuing Education and Overall Meeting Evaluations are now available online. To complete the evaluation you will be asked to provide your registrant ID number to log-in. Please complete the Overall Meeting Evaluation and the Overall Education Evaluation to be entered into a drawing for a complimentary full conference registration to the 2009 Annual Meeting, March 18-21 in National Harbor/Washington, DC. Completion of the Continuing Education Evaluation is not required to be eligible for the complimentary registration. The submission deadline is May 30, 2008.If you are applying for CME or CPE credit, you must indicate which sessions you attended and complete every question for every session you attended to be eligible to print a statement of credit. CME and CPE requirements from the accrediting agencies require this level of evaluation. Please note that evaluations will not be provided in paper format. To receive credit, all registrants must use the online evaluation system. ASCPT will retain a copy of all completed statements of credit for verification purposes. Thank you for your valuable feedback. The complete Final Program, including room assignments for all Annual Meeting events is available online. Refer to this version if you missed the meeting or would like to print an extra copy for your files. The Abstract Supplement, which lists all abstracts accepted as posters and oral sessions, was mailed with the March issue of CPT and is also available online.
