Single/Double Standard Room Rate: $194/$194 per nightA limited number of rooms at the Federal Per Diem rate are available to employees of the US federal government attending the Annual Meeting. Guests will be required to show a valid federal government employee identification at check-in, and provide business contact information when making the reservation. Federal Per Diem rates are set by GSA and are dependent location and various other factors.
The ASCPT rate will be offered three days prior to and three days following the dates of the Annual Meeting based upon availability.
Cut Off Date
Reservations made after Monday, February 22, 2010 (the cut off date) are subject to availability and may be confirmed at a rate higher than the ASCPT group rate. Rooms in the ASCPT room block may sell out prior to the cut off date; registrants are urged to make reservations as soon as travel plans are confirmed.Additional information regarding reservations and procedures will be available soon.
Trainee Block
A discounted block of hotel rooms has been reserved at a reduced rate for trainees only within the Atlanta Marriott Marquis. You must be registered for the ASCPT Annual Meeting as a student to secure a room at the discounted rate. To reserve a room, complete this form.
