Government Registration Discounts!

Individuals who are employed by the United States federal government may register at significantly discounted rates to attend the 2010 ASCPT Annual Meeting. Discounts are offered for individual registrants and also for groups of government registrants.

This offer, approved on a demonstration project basis by the ASCPT Board of Directors, is available to current employees of the US federal government who are ASCPT members, member applicants and non-members; group discounts are also offered for five (5) or twenty (20) individuals registering together. Registrants must use their government contact information (address, phone, email) when registering to be eligible for these discounts. Government discounts are not offered for daily, student, emeritus, poster/exhibit hall, exhibitor and social registration categories.

Group discounts for five or twenty registrations submitted together, using the group registration form are also available for government registrants – refer to the government group registration form for details!

Clinical pharmacologists, including physicians, pharmacists, scientists, and others interested in learning about the most current advances in drug discovery, development regulation and safe utilization of drugs in humans.

Continuing Education Credit

The American Society for Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics (ASCPT) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a Provider of continuing pharmacy education.

The American Society for Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics (ASCPT) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Individuals applying for continuing education credit for the 2010 ASCPT Annual Meting will receive an email immediately following the meeting with a link to the online evaluation system, which will remain open for approximately 45 days after the meeting.

Please note: Evaluations will not be provided in paper format. To receive credit, all registrants must use the online evaluation system.

ASCPT Policy on Children, Spouses and Guests

The ASCPT Annual Meeting is geared toward adult participation. For their safety, children under the age of 16 will not be permitted in the exhibit hall or session rooms for its duration. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Spouses and guests with a Social registration category are eligible to attend social functions only; admittance to educational programming is not permitted unless the registrant upgrades to a full conference or one-day registration.

Photo Release

Registrants of the ASCPT Annual Meeting agree to allow ASCPT and its official photographer and/or videographer to photograph or videotape them in the context of the Annual Meeting setting. Footage captured by the official ASCPT photographer/videographer may be used in future print and electronic promotional and archival materials.
