Introducing the ASCPT Member of the Month - a new forum to recognize and thank a member of ASCPT who has supported the Society's endeavors. Every month ASCPT will highlight ONE member who has gone above and beyond the call of duty! We hope you enjoy learning about your fellow members and always encourage your participation in Society events and activities.
ASCPT recognizes Dr. Kearns as the February Member of the Month for his commitment and loyalty to ASCPT. Dr. Kearns' devotion and leadership are an asset to the Society and his efforts are truly appreciated.
Dr. Kearns provided the following insight as to why he supports ASCPT:
“For the discipline of clinical pharmacology to continue to grow and evolve, it must be represented by a professional organization that is inclusive in scope, visionary in direction, dedicated to providing an exemplary forum for the presentation of science and education, and is intent upon developing a pro-active position to influence public policy as it relates to safe and effective drug therapy. The Strategic Framework for ASCPT provides the avenue to accomplish these critical goals and the Society provides the organizational “glue” that will enable the success that the Discipline must achieve in the future.”
