Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Flu Warnings
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is warning that with A-H3N2 the dominate flu strain this year, the virus is more wide-spread and severe, and is now considered an epidemic within the United States.

With many more weeks of flu activity to come, we remind our members to take the basic preventive actions, such getting the flu shot, washing your hands, and staying home if you are sick. This reminder is of particular importance as the March Annual Meeting draws near and we consider the potential spread of the flu among our attendees.
