Submit, Register, and Plan Your Participation in ASCPT 2019!
Momentum for the 2019 Annual Meeting is building, with the Preliminary Program now online, the Late-Breaking and Encore Abstract submission site to open soon, and ASCPT giving you more benefits with registration.

Registration numbers for our next Annual Meeting, to be held March 13-16, 2019, in Washington, DC, are climbing! View the Preliminary Program online for a snapshot of the science, the networking, and all of the benefits of attending, then click here to secure your registration for this must-attend conference! Register then secure your sleeping rooms through the housing links that will be provided in your registration confirmation email to ensure that you get into the ASCPT housing blocks before they fill!

ASCPT will soon open the Late-Breaking and Encore abstract submission site! If you have research that could not be analyzed before the September 6, 2018, regular submission deadline, consider submitting a Late-Breaking abstract. Please note that ASCPT has modified the submission process for Late-Breaking abstracts for 2019, removing the need to get approval from the Scientific Program Chair to submit! ASCPT is also still looking for Encore Abstracts for presentation at the 2019 conference. Wait for the official ASCPT News announcing the opening of the submission site, then read the Late-Breaking and Encore Abstract submission guidelines and submit!

Questions about Annual Meeting registration, housing, or Late-Breaking and Encore Abstract submission can be sent to meetings@ascpt.org
