Translational & Precision Medicine Network: Bert Lum, PharmD
The Translational & Precision Medicine Network recently launched an ongoing interview series to provide a first-hand look at how ASCPT membership and Network affiliations have shaped careers and enhanced relationships of long-term ASCPT members.  

Bert Lum, PharmD, is a 10-year ASCPT member and is actively involved in the Translational & Precision Network. He credits access to experts and involvement with Committees provided bty ASCPT to his professional development and career successes. He also feels that the relationships he’s developed throughout his 10-year involvement are the best of his membership tenure. Recently, the ASCPT Journal Family has published content regarding Reverse Translation in all three journals. 

Clinical Pharmacology & Therapeutics, CPT: Pharmacometrics & Systems Pharmacology, and Clinical and Translational Science have all recently published content on the subject of Reverse Translation. This shared Virtual Issue provides an overview of the ways to maximize the value of real-world data in order to more effectively drive future research using retrospective analysis.
