Clinical Translational Science (CTS) is inviting submissions for a special collection dedicated to Quantitative Medicine for Drug Discovery, Development, and Clinical Utilization. We welcome submission of original research articles, brief reports, mini-reviews, reviews, tutorials, perspectives, and position papers that explore or contribute to the field of quantitative medicine in drug development, translational science, and clinical pharmacology. CPT: Advances in New Approach Methodologies (NAMs): From Bench Development and Validation to Regulatory Adoption
Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics (CPT) is inviting submissions for a special mini-themed issue dedicated to highlighting the latest and most innovative advancements in the (i) development of New Approach Methodologies (NAMs). Submissions of original research are particularly encouraged, but reviews, position/white papers or shorter perspectives are also welcome. Educational, tutorial-style papers will also be considered. CPT Call for Papers: Understudied Populations
CPT: Advancing Therapeutics for Understudied Patient Groups
Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics (CPT) is inviting submissions for a special collection dedicated to understudied populations such as, paediatrics, pregnant and breastfeeding women, the elderly, critically ill, individuals with multimorbidity or obesity, racial minorities, and those with advanced degrees of organ dysfunction. This themed issue aims to bring together studies, perspectives, and evaluations that enhance understanding of drug use and therapeutic optimization in understudied populations across both drug development and clinical practice. We welcome submissions that help bridge persistent evidence gaps, inform regulatory and policy decisions, and ultimately improve individualised pharmacotherapy for understudied populations traditionally excluded from research.
