CTS Late 2024: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
Clinical and Translational Science (CTS) is inviting submissions for a special collection on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) that is scheduled for initial, rolling publication in the late 2024. This collection is dedicated to evaluating the impact of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) on advancing clinical pharmacology. We consider age, race, sexual orientation, genders, abilities, disabilities, protected classes, religions, cultures and other protected classes as meeting our definition of DEI. Submissions of original research are particularly encouraged, but reviews, position/white papers or perspectives from regulatory agencies, academia, societies, and industry are also welcome. Educational, tutorial-style papers will also be considered. Click here for more info.

CTS PhRMA Foundation Trainee Challenge Award: Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning
The PhRMA Foundation and ASCPT’s journal Clinical and Translational Science (CTS) are partnering on a Challenge Award competition that will award trainees for outstanding papers addressing artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) in clinical and translational science. this collection is dedicated to assembling a diverse array of original research articles, reviews, and position papers that expand the frontier of current medical practice and drug discovery and development. PSP) inviting submissions for a special themed issue on Model-Based Innovations in Pediatric Rare Disease scheduled for publication in the 4th quarter of 2025. This special issue will showcase the application of pharmacometrics and systems pharmacology research innovation in the development of therapeutics and advances in understanding disease progression for pediatric rare diseases. Original research articles are encouraged.
