Secure Your Registration and Housing for the Annual Meeting
More than 650 of your colleagues have already registered for the 2023 Annual Meeting. Registration and housing are filling quickly, so secure yours today!

While Advance Registration rates are now in effect, you can still save by registering at least five colleagues from your organization using the Group Registration option.

The Preliminary Program for the 2023 Annual Meeting is now available. Take a look at the exciting content planned featuring top-notch speakers presenting on topics important to the work you do, as well as all the networking time built into each day. There’s also an opportunity to add an additional day of science to your experience by registering for the Advancing the Utilization of Real-World Data (RWD) and Real-World Evidence (RWE) in Clinical Pharmacology and Translational Research Pre-Conference

Once you secure your registration, use the housing link provided in your registration confirmation email to secure your sleeping room at the Hyatt Regency, the host hotel for the 2023 Annual Meeting. The housing block is filling quickly, so make sure to secure your room immediately after registration! ASCPT will be unable to add rooms to the block once it has filled.

If you are unable to join us in-person in Atlanta, Georgia, take advantage of our online-only registration option and watch all scientific sessions live on the Cadmium platform. Online participants will be able to participate in the live Q&A, making you a part of the live session! Online-only is also available for the 2023 Pre-Conference.

Questions about the 2023 Annual Meeting program, registration, or housing can be directed to meetings@ascpt.org.

Update Your Profile & Communication Preferences
The New Year is an excellent time to ensure your ASCPT membership profile and communication preferences are up to date! > read more

Review your profile and confirm your contact, demographic, and selected Network and Community affiliation information are as complete as possible. This helps ASCPT to better tailor its programs and services so that they clearly reflect our membership.

We also empower you to select the communication you would like to receive from us! While visiting your profile, confirm or update your current preferences for receiving General News, Annual Meeting updates, Journal information, Online Learning opportunities, Network/Community announcements, FDA News, and Partner  information to customize your membership experience during the upcoming year.

If you need assistance with accessing your Member Dashboard or updating your information, please reach out to members@ascpt.org

Better Data Leads to Better Diversity
Beginning this month, the Journals' peer-review sites will direct you to modify your profile. In addition to keeping your affiliation, contact email, and keywords updated, please help us by answering the newest required questions.

We are collecting additional demographic information to increase our understanding of who submits to and reviews for our journals, to improve our diversity efforts in all areas of journal operations, and to support ASCPT's commitment to inclusive participation and diversity of perspective.

The information will be kept confidential by the Journals, reported publicly in aggregate only, and used to guide expansion of the Journal stakeholder community. We have also included a “prefer not to answer” option with each question. We appreciate your help with this effort!
