This special presentation will provide a detailed review of a prototypical web-based interactive simulation app which allows for the exploration of expected relationships between pharmacometric characteristics of hypothetical new treatments and the cost effectiveness of the treatment in the indication of atopic dermatitis. Considerations for pharmacometric and health economic modeling as well as the technical app development will be discussed.
