What was your favorite part of attending the Annual Meeting?
My favorite part of the Annual Meeting was being able to meet and learn from the diverse group of attendees from a variety of research fields, backgrounds, and career stages. I also appreciated the diversity of the speakers and the panel-style events that encouraged many engaged discussions.

How did your experience as a presidential trainee benefit you?
My experience as a Presidential Trainee enabled me not only to attend the Annual Meeting but also to network and build connections with other trainees and learn from their perspectives and about a wide array of research.

Who has inspired you in your career?
Throughout my academic journey, I have been inspired by my thesis advisor and many other mentors along the way. They have not only introduced me to the field of quantitative systems pharmacology but also encouraged me and helped me to develop the necessary skills to use computational models to explore the underlying mechanisms of biological, pathological, and pharmacological systems.

When you are not working, how do you spend your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy taking walks in nature, playing piano and violin, attempting to make new food recipes, and training in martial arts.

Inez has been a member of ASCPT since 2022.
