This incoming Editorial Team will be led by Piet van der Graaf, PhD, PharmD, who was appointed by the Board of Directors as Editor-in-Chief of
CPT for the 2020-2025 term. Dr. van der Graaf says of this team of experts, "I am so pleased to have these individuals join my "dream team," which reflects the incredible depth, breadth, and diversity of clinical pharmacology and ASCPT and combines the invaluable experience of the existing editorial team with plenty of new blood."
The official transition of the
CPT editorial leadership will take place in time to select content for the January 2020 issue, at which time Dr. van der Graaf and his team will become advocates for
CPT and will help drive content to the journal, shepherd papers through the peer-review process, and select content to be published in the journal.
As ASCPT President, I congratulate Piet and his team and know they will do an outstanding job leading
CPT and enabling the journal to remain as the premier journal in the field publishing cutting-edge science.
ASCPT thanks Scott Waldman, MD, PhD, and his editorial team for their tenure leading
CPT, which will continue through publication of the December 2019 issue of the journal. The Society will celebrate their tremendous contributions to
CPT at the upcoming Annual Meeting in March. Details will be announced soon.
