ASCPT 2026 Annual Meeting Dates and Ramadan
The American Society for Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics would like to acknowledge that the 2026 Annual Meeting will take place during the month of Ramadan. ASCPT is committed to inclusive participation and supporting our members as they honor their cultural and religious observances.
When evaluating potential dates for the conference, ASCPT reviewed all viable options at the Gaylord Rockies and surrounding hotels, taking into consideration major scientific meetings, academic calendars, and significant religious observances. The 2026 available dates that met our space, cost, and scheduling requirements fell within Ramadan. Within those constraints, we selected dates that avoid both the beginning and the end of the observance, which are traditionally the periods with the most intensive fasting, prayer schedules, and holiday preparations, and thus pose the greatest barriers to conference travel.
During the meeting, sessions will conclude before sundown, and a dedicated room will be available onsite to support attendees observing Ramadan.
ASCPT remains attentive to how date selection affects members who observe Ramadan, and we will continue to consider major religious observances as an integral part of our scheduling process.
