Register for ASCPT by This Month’s Early Bird Deadline
If you plan to join ASCPT for the 2024 Annual Meeting March 27-29 at the Broadmoor hotel in Colorado Springs, CO, register by December 20, 2023 to save!

The time is now to ensure you can attend the science and networking provided through the ASCPT Annual Meeting at the discounted Early Bird registration rate. Check out the preliminary program and start planning your Annual Meeting experience before rates increase on December 21, 2023. And remember, you can add an additional day of science to your Annual Meeting experience by registering for one of the two Pre-Conferences to be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2024.    

Your organization can save $100 per registration if they register five (5) or more individuals for the Annual Meeting. To be eligible, the Group Registration process established by ASCPT must be followed. Failure to comply with the required registration process will result in an incomplete group registration and no differences in registration rates will be refunded. The group discount applies to full paid registrations only. Complimentary, Emeritus, Student/Trainee, member speaker registrations, and pre-conference-only registrations are not eligible toward the required five (5) registrations, and the group registration discount cannot be combined with any other registration discount.
