Refer Through the Member-Get-a-Member Campaign
With the end of the year just around the corner, don’t forget about our Member-Get-a-Member campaign! Now is a great time to share your ASCPT membership story.

It’s easy to participate. Encourage five (5) or more of your friends and colleagues to join the Society before the deadline on December 31, 2021. If they use your name as the referrer, you will be eligible to win one of the ASCPT Top Member Advocate awards and receive the Choose Your Own ASCPT Adventure prize package.

Visit the Member-Get-a-Member Campaign guide to learn more and get access to our helpful referral toolkit. You can also contact the Membership Team at members@ascpt.org for assistance.

SAVE THE DATE: Giving Tuesday 2021
Mark your calendar to be part of the global giving movement and to support the future of clinical pharmacology and translational science.

On November 30, 2021, radical generosity will be unleashed around the world as people contribute to the causes that are important to them.  ASCPT is passionately committed to supporting our student/trainee members as they develop into the next generation of leader in clinical pharmacology and translational science.  You can be a part of that commitment by donating $20.21 to the Student Trainee Initiative on Giving Tuesday!

We want to hear from you about why you give.  Share with us on social media with the hashtag #ASCPTGiving!

Last Call for Themed Content!
Clinical Pharmacology & Therapeutics (CPT) is still accepting papers for upcoming themed issues, but not for long!

CPT’s “Therapeutic Innovations in Neuroscience” issue, which will publish in April 2022, closes its Call for Papers on October 15, 2021, by which time all manuscripts must be submitted via the online submission system. If you have research that focuses on various facets of the ever-evolving neuroscience discipline such as translational research and clinical studies, as well as prevention and treatment strategies for neurological and psychiatric disorders, submit soon!

Questions about submission to CPT can be directed to ASCPT’s managing editor Alethea Gerding.
